What is the point of optimal health if you don’t use it?

I don’t know about your neck of the woods but we just got a bunch of fresh snow. I’ve been hearing plows and snowblowers running all day. But how about you get out there and shovel instead?! Not only is it great exercise but it helps with thermoregulation (keeping your temperature happy) and if you embrace the fun of it you can even get an emotional lift. Channel those childhood memories of snow days and sledding!
